The PolyCRA statement of policies and procedures concerning student grievances is outlined in the school catalog. Students with concerns about the school or its educational programs should follow the grievance process detailed in the catalog.

If students are dissatisfied with the school’s response to their complaint or are unable to file a complaint with the school, they can escalate their grievance by filing a complaint with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) or other relevant agencies or accreditors.
